I’m Ananya Johri (b. 1997), currently pursuing my Master’s in Integrated Innovation for Products and Services at Carnegie Mellon University. After starting my career as an Architectural Designer in New York City, where I designed and managed a range of projects, I realized my passion for creating user-centered experiences extended beyond physical spaces. This led me to transition from architecture to product design, where I could explore how technology and innovation can shape user interactions in new, dynamic ways.
I obtained my Bachelors of Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design, while concentrating in History, Philosophy, and Social Sciences, with a focus on Behavioural Cognition. Now at CMU, I am taking courses like Persuasive Design to further understand users better to make my designs more thoughtful and inclusive.
I’m passionate about creating solutions that empower users and spark curiosity, whether through digital interfaces or physical products and spaces.
